Please alert our receptionist of any preferences/special needs at the time of booking. We ask that all new clients arrive 10-15 minutes early to complete paperwork.
A standard treatment is about 52 minutes of hands-on time. If any time is lost due to lateness, that time will not be recovered, and the full price will be charged.
Feel Well has a 24-hour cancellation policy. This means that any appointment not canceled within a 24-hour window will be charged.
We adhere to strict draping policies - for the entirety of any treatment, all clients are properly draped and covered. It is recommended to remove all clothing; however, it is not required.
Gift cards and gift certificates are non-refundable purchases. If a gift card and the transaction receipt are lost, funds may not be recovered or refunded.
